The Gator men's basketball team surprised a lot of people by making it into the Elite 8 of the NCAA tournament. They beat Marquette.
This is the point-guard Erving Walker. He drove me nuts last year by insisting on driving to the basket on almost every possession. Dude, you're short. Stop that! He got points, but the team didn't do so well. This year he was able to stay outside and make more 3-pointers as well as pass the ball to other guys. The team did much better. Who'da thunk?
